Shipping policy

At Loopwell Market, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping practices below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are often shipped the same day.

Where We Ship

  • United States only (48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available).

Free Shipping Offer

  • Free Shipping Over $25 (U.S.) — Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $25.00 or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States when the carrier’s calculated shipping rate is $15.00 or less.
  • If the carrier’s rate is above $15.00, free shipping does not apply and the full shipping cost shown at checkout will be charged.
  • The offer applies automatically at checkout, is available to all customers, and can be combined with product and order discounts.
  • Active from September 24, 2025 until further notice.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders where the calculated rate is $15.00 or less.
  • For orders where the calculated rate is above $15.00, the full carrier rate will be displayed and charged at checkout.
  • Orders below the $25.00 minimum will see real-time carrier rates at checkout.
  • Real-time rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout for transparency.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected automatically based on speed, cost, and destination.

Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays and Liability

  • Carrier or weather delays are outside our control, but we will help monitor and resolve issues when possible.
  • If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • Delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at purchase may limit our ability to replace or refund the order.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If an order is returned to us due to refusal, an undeliverable address, or other non-delivery, a refund will be issued for the product cost only after the item is received back. Original shipping costs and any additional carrier fees are non-refundable.
