Refund policy
We want you to be fully informed and satisfied with your purchase from Loopwell Market. This policy outlines when and how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, factory-sealed, and in the original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Opened, used, tampered, or non-originally packaged items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns within the 30-day window.
- A prepaid return label will be issued once your request is approved.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the label.
Restocking Fee
- Eligible returns may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and handling costs.
- Restocking fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect item returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email admin@loopwellmarket.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid label (if applicable) with instructions.
- Pack items securely and include all accessories or inserts that came with the product.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees (if applicable) are deducted from the refund amount.
- If a return is refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed due to address issues, the refund will cover product cost only (less applicable fees) once the item is returned to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@loopwellmarket.com with photos and your order number.
- Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used consumable products (for safety reasons).
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
Shipping Area
- Loopwell Market currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not shipped.
- Email admin@loopwellmarket.com with the subject line: Cancel Order #XXXX.
